Loved it
Enjoyed the amenities and the room service has been great but restaurants need lots of help. Second night eating in same one and the timing on the food was terrible and sandwiches were soggy. For $15, I'd expect more.
This place is awesome. I cannot say enough about the staff; from the front desk to the bellhop to the fitness room to the pool areas, everyone has been kind, courteous and top of the line professional. Our oceanfront room is clean, spacious and with a private balcony. The room service supper we had was fresh and delicious, as if it had been just prepared (which it was). Our room is nice and the view is awesome, but we had to get the room re-cleaned upon check-in (it was dusty and the floors were not cleaned). Our keys didn't work because the batteries were dead so an engineer had to fix it while we waited. Don't touch the room phones because they are disgusting!
Awesome place to vacation and relax with family and loved ones! Great place to bring children! Lots of child friendly activities! Love this place!!

The hotel needs major upgrades and a complete remodel, but the view from the ocean side is phenomenal and almost makes up for the outdated shabby interior. The parking is either valet or self parking which is a great option if you don't mind the walk back to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is average at best and way too expensive for the quality of the food, but again we sat by the window and could watch the ocean....overall, I would consider staying again for the proximity and view of the ocean.
Great location. Beautiful beach. The pool has a Las Vegas feel to it (very crowded this time of year). Good restaurants (awesome omelette maker at The Cafe).
Had so much fun! Comfy beds, clean rooms, wonderful staff and loads to do. Will be back!!!
