Roaches! It's 12:40 am and I can't sleep!! Not due to any obscene noises but because I am now paranoid that this room might have roaches like the last one we where in!! Yes that's right Facebook readers... My husband and I were all settled in to our wonderful weekend away ocean view room...we went out to dinner and came back to the scurrying of a huge roach! By far, the absolute worst staff and management I have ever seen at any establishment. Horrible service, arrogant and snotty staff. Just all around rude. Rooms were ok, things were maintained, but the overall user experience was destroyed by the staff and managements attitudes. I would be hard pressed to stay at this hotel again.
I have never been to Hilton head... I need a vacation now, will think about it looks good..
Just checked in for 3 nights and the possibility of buying a timeshare. I am on my second room. They smell like mildew and are not clean. The pillow has stains on it. Not very impressed if they want me to buy a timeshare. I am calling around looking for other accommodations.
Love it we look forward to it every year♡♥
We are baby sitting two adult kids, it has not been easy. Come home soon or send more money. The two dogs have not been any problem, the cat is in charge of the house.
