This resort is beautiful, the beach is beautiful and the staff is wonderful, very helpful. The restaurants here have great food and friendly staff. I would definitely come again.
The banquet staff and food was outstanding! The only bad issue was the parking valet who told us that we had to move out of the valet parking area. Looking at the signs, we were not parked in the valet parking area and after trying to bully us to move, I told him that we would leave our vehicle there and check with the general manager. He quickly backed down.
Everything was excellent. The beds were so comfy that I didn't want to get out of it. The view was breathtaking from our room. Breakfast was great. The Starbucks was great too! We will be back.
This is an amazing place. � Just in some random check in conversation between myself and the front desk lady (Julie) She sent some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries up to our room when we asked for a wine opener.... Omg Ty Julie. We have never had something like this happen to us. We will definitely be coming bk and well worth every penny. ����

We came here for 3 nights the Thursday after Matthew hit. Grande Ocean,where we were supposed to spend our week, was closed. The staff, food and service were phenomenal. Thank you. A special thank you to Shawna at the front desk.
My hubby & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The service was excellent & the ocean views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking! We can't wait to return���
No bad overall , the place could use an update and a little over priced but the staff is friendly.
