It's outdated and needs updating ..and not clean food in elevators on floor all crunched up ...came back appears appears they tried to pick up but not successful..beds are comfy but we paid extra for ocean front ..put us at end of hotel with partial blocked view of water and on top floor so that we looked at top of the other building and was annoyed of the other building ac unit running and drowning out the sound of the ocean .. worse thing probably a whole 20 people in the whole hotel ..would not go to that place again very... read more
Great location right on the beach - always a great place to stay, but hard to get food in the evening at the bar...
We enjoyed our stay. Everyone and everything was great. The food and staff at Conroy's restaurant was AWESOME!
Fantastic hotel and staff. Front desk is one of a kind. Restaurant is fantastic. Strongly suggest the resort.
The property is beautiful but we barely slept the first night. The people across the hall were so loud that even after three complaints to management, at 130 in the morning they finally quieted down. The people that were sent up to deal with the complaint were very young and showed no authority at all. Even though they actually witnessed the noise themselves, they did very little. The spa was wonderful...understaffed when we were there, but wonderful. Clean, beautiful, relaxing, nice treatments. Hotel overall was ok. Rough start with mixup about package details. Shawna was nice and helped make up for issues on day 1. Minor upgrade upon check in, was granted ocean view, but 2nd floor doesn't offer much, better than resort though.
