Very friendly, curtious staff. Clean room! Beautiful property!
It was horrible. We paid for a King Size Ocean View. We had a parking lot view. They moved us to an ocean view room with.no hot water. Three hours later they found us a room with hot water.
I've used Marriott alot in the past related to my job, but if you stay anywhere I recommend the Omni Resort. I believe it's the best one on Hilton Head Island. Me and my family will stay at the Omni next time.
Best place ever! On beach , clean, great restaurants...Been here 5 times
It's not worthy of Category 9. Old towel, broken iron, non working in-room safe, no HDTV or very poor wuality TV, no store for last minute item like lens solution. Staff was very friendly. Parking is a disaster if they have any ballroom functions. No benefits for platinum members at all, not even water. I will think twice before coming here again. Never been so disappointed with Marriott.
The room was very clean and staff were friendly. An alarm clock in the room started going off at 5:00 am from the previous occupant and that was very annoying. It was hard to figure out how to turn it off. The beach was large and you can push a stroller or ride bikes because the sand is very solid.
My stay was exceptional! The check-in girl Sarah Carlton was extremely nice and thoughtful. I told her at check-in it was my baby girls birthday tomorrow and she sent her a card and mini cake. I will definitely be back.
