I went down for the SCIRA Conference and was very impressed. Julia checked me in. She was so welcoming and helpful!!!! She suggested restaurants and shopping centers to visit and had such a warm and friendly personality. The resort is right on the beach and is absolutely beautiful. I did find a glass of wine and a container of some kind of sauce in the mini fridge which must have been left there by the last person who stayed in the room. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Suite was clean and comfortable. I have never been displeased with my visits whether for business, celebration, or relaxation.
The staff was equally as amazing as the view!!Kathy Jo was extremely welcoming at the front desk! We were recommended to eat at Poseidon and it was some of the best seafood I've had! The rooms were clean and came with a nice size deck to watch the sunset (we did not face the beach/pool). There are 2 pools and hot tubs on the premise with one inside and the other outside. We found a lot of shells on the beach! This is a place to come back to!
A wonderful place to stay. The staff is great. I suggest you get a room with a view. You want be sorry you did/
Love... Great as always just wish they would offer more to there guest... Microwave would be awesome
Was there before and room was updated and beautiful this time was placed in a room that needed updated and loud! Walls paper thin, heard man snoring all night in the next room and tv blasting. Then top it off with people running the halls at 4 am and waking people up...didn't have a good stay this time however the outside is absolutely the best for this resort. Not sure how it's 4 star though?
