Stayed here last night for our anniversary,,we were treated with a lovely gentleman on reception who told us everything we needed and also for the following morning,, bar staff extremely polite,,cleaners saying morning on our way to breakfast,,the suite was immaculate,,we had a lovely sleep with the best pillows,,would definitely stay again
Disappointing. With the Hilton brand, expected a level of basic care. Arrived to broken ventilation system. Halls and rooms hot and smelly. Friendly staff helped to change to a smaller but cooler room. still- between myself and my colleague, neither room had water pressure in the shower. No drinking water provided or place to get it in the lobby. Returned from a day long work event to a barely made bed, linens still rumpled, towels unfolded.
