Terrible customer experience No support, they don reply emails and messages. I sent an email to know how to arrive, they never replied, i have asked several times for an invoice and they dont reply via email, messages, etc. I would never recommend this hotel, you will only find problems and lack of support
Great location for Motorsport fanatics and an appropriately modern and nice hotel. But no working EV chargers so minus two stars. Sort it out ffs.
We had an amazing weekend here. Travelled from Pembrokeshire for the Ford Fair. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Room with a balcony was lovely, very clean, lots of attention to detail including a hand written welcome card. Restaurant and bar very reasonable. We are already planning our next visit. Hotel on the Hamilton start straight. Lovely roof top bar. Nice restaurant.
