Plenty of parking in the car park right in front of the hotel. Ian SNR at reception was very welcoming and lovely to talk to. Our twin room was relatively spacious, with cupboard space. Toilet was clean, large, and well lit, although the shower was too hot during our stay, even on the coldest setting. This hotel does not accept external delivery to our room door, but it was still simple to order Uber Eats to the reception area. Regular user of the hilton franchise this hotel did not exceed any expectations nor did it leave me underwhelmed all in all a fair rating with a decent view of the cricket ground

Loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was lovely to chat to, and his knowledge of the hotel and the local area was amazing. We had the balcony room onlooking the pitch, which was an absolute dream. The overall cricket theme across the hotel decor was also nice. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of veggie and vegan options. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant nor the bar, but the menus looked interesting (might have to stay again so I can try it!) We stayed here for one night in August to watch a Manchester United match and were really impressed. The rooms are big, spotless, and nicely decorated, with a huge comfy bed, blackout blinds, and a massive TV loaded with sports channels. Plenty of mirrors and lighting, plus big floor-to-ceiling windows. The air con worked perfectly and the room had everything we needed – wardrobe, fridge, safe, hair dryer, iron – all very handy. Amazing hotel, love the face that it has free complimentary parking and a 24hr gym. It was so easy to grab a quick workout as the gym had good facilities and easily accessible on the 1st floor right near the lifts. The King Room we stayed in was nice and modern. It also included a spacious fridge. Customer service was also excellent everywhere we went from the reception to the car park to the house keeping.
