your latest commercial with the cat sucks
They are not in network with any of the orthopedic surgeons I need to see and gave me a list of doctors on the provider list I cannot get in in with for 3 weeks after having a surgery cancelled 3 days prior to surgery. They make plans that doctors don’t accept if you go out of the area and offer no out of network benefit. I would have been better off being on welfare insurance that gets everything covered.

My husband pays a big bill to have this insurance. a month ago we both went thru the process of getting bariatric surgery. A month ago we were approved, but once it came time to schedule the surgery dates, Highmark refuses to stick to its contract and cover the surgery. Instead they want our hospital to run the procedure as an outpatient bariatric surgery with a 2 day follow up, BUT that insurance pct code does not exist! so Highmark is supposed to cover bariatric surgery but won't cover it at all. I went from having a $500 deductible and then with NO NOTICE I have an almost $2000 deductible. This happened JUST as I reached my deductible, isn’t that convenient. I am pregnant and now paying for everything out of pocket. So tell me why do I have insurance. I will never go with this company again

I ran across a manager here mike hovraluck who is possibly the most dissrespextful man in our pinball groups. he treats people like total trash and is a pathetic human being, I am unsure how you guys decided to hire him.
This is the most annoying insurance. They want you to call a central number to make an appointment. Which turns into a hot mess. They have an online system but that doesn't work. The app is garbage. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get an appointment...to no avail! The standard corporate BS...we care about your health is exactly that BS!
