Never, EVER have service work done at this dealership! They always have a reason why they charged you more than they originally quoted, and they don't even bother to call you to let you know. You just get a surprise when you go to pay. Very disreputable company!
Your experience will be like no other . very personable and they want nothing more then to please you and meet your needs. You will come back for the rest of your life .
We had a great experience here. The reception and customer service was exceptional. Larry Griffen was a wonderful salesman, never pressured us to make a decision and was very patient each time we came in to drive the car or ask questions. We just bought a new 2017 Camry yesterday from Heyward Allen because of the no pressure, knowledge, Christian behavior, and great feeling we experienced while dealing with Phill Cross our salesmen at this dealership! Love going to Heyward Allen Toyota Scion! When I take my car for an oil change or tire rotation, it's always a quick and easy experience which is important when you are a busy student like me! The service waiting area is always nice, spacious, and clean which is great for catching up on homework! I would recommend them to anyone in Athens!
