Mr. Cross our salesman took care of my husband and I from the time I talked to him over the phone and when we came in to finish up all the paperwork. His vast knowledge of their cars was very impressive. I would recommend him to all my family, friends and co-workers. Mr. Zavala, the financial manager, was very helpful as he took care of the monetary part of the sale. The facility was a long distance out of my way (about an hour to be exact), but the amazing SUV I purchased and the friendly people I met made it worth it.
We purchased our second car from Heyward Allen this year and Lisa Edwards was amazing as usual! She made the car buying process a breeze and was nice and helpful as well. We will send all of our friends and family to Heyward Allen!
