The salesman Josh was excellent, extremely friendly, and very professional. However the finance person, July, was beyond rude. Never in my life have I had someone talk to me the way he did. After repeatedly telling him I did not want to buy due to the interest rate he copped an attitude and was mouthing off to me as I was rolling up my window. Beyond ridiculous, and extremely unprofessional.
My husband and I told Joe what we were looking for and he found the perfect car. We love the Camry. It was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. It was a pleasure making the purchase here.
This might be a good place to buy a vehicle but it is by far the worst as far as the maintenance shop. I wait at least 3 hours whether it be for new tires or just a tire rotation. I will drive all the way to Gainesville from now on to Milton Martin Toyota.
