We are very happy with our new Sienna. Our salesperson, Mark Lawson, was friendly, likable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was not too pushy like some salespeople can be. He really took the time to help us find the right car for our family.

The wait time was extremely long and the person who checked in my car was making me feel as if just getting an oil change was not important. He kept showing me high pricrd services my car was due for and I just needed oil changed. Also I had a Heyward Allen gift card but was told it was Ford not Toyota and the card does not have either Ford or Toyota on it just Heyward Allen. I have never experienced this type of service on 2years of taking my cars here
I took in our Toyota RAV4 for a couple of recall repairs and worked with Levi. He was personable and also took care of a couple of other minor issues that the car had. The shuttle service was convenient and Levi was prompt to call me when the car was ready. It was a great experience.
