I bought my Toyota Prius from Phil Cross recently and had a great experience. He was very helpful in finding what I was looking for within my budget. He was very knowledgable about the Prius and all it's fabulous features! Phil is also a fun guy, which makes the car buying process entertaining. I had a great time buying a car at Heyward Allen Toyota Scion in Athens yesterday the salesman was Tim Jump. I got the best deal on a new Toyota corolla LE and the service was fantastic the quickest I ever bought car.
I wanted to post about my wonderful experience working with Tim Jump and a quick glance at other reviews show I am not the only one! We just got my new Rav4 from Heyward Allen Toyota. Tim Jump was one of the most helpful salesmen I have ever met. He was ready with answers to all my questions. He's simple the best! And, I love my Rav4!
I serviced my car here a few months ago. The service people are friendly, quick, and honest. Despite the multi point inspection, I decided to double check my fluids a few days later. My car ended up being empty of cooling fluid, and they didn't catch that. It was a simple mistake, and I'm thankful I caught it and filled it up before it caused damage. I will be back.
I come to to Heyward Allen to get my car serviced. I really appreciate the service. Everyone is always so nice. I've dealt mostly with Levi and Diane. While I am not currently in the market for a new vehicle, if I were I would definitely come here solely based on my positive experiences in the service department.
Just bought a 2016 RAV4 XLE and I love it. Best buying experience that I have ever had to encounter. Very friendly and professional associates. Went for my first service and was in and out in no time.
Brett Self in the service department is excellent! Took care of my car and informed me of upcoming maintenance without trying to sell me anything I didn't currently need. Observed Brett working with multiple customers at once, giving all of them the attention and respect they deserve (spoke Spanish also). Great job HA Toyota!!
