Very helpful and top rate service. John Fountain found me the perfect pre-owned Prius V after I had contacted 7 dealers in 2 states. It was the smoothest sale I've had ever. I have driven Toyotas for over 30 years.
Worst people to deal with , terrible customer service, would not recommend ever stepping foot in this dealer or any other heyward allen dealers. Curt Higgins (supposed sales manager) is a liar, and a thief and tries to make money off the customer by inflating the interest rate. STAY AWAY from this place. I drove 2 hours, one way, to another dealer and was treated with respect and got the truck i wanted with no BS.

Great experience. Negotiated the deal over e-mail, drove about 5.5 hours and picked up my CPO 2013 4Runner. Christian Edwards was super professional and extremely helpful! In and out in 40 minutes with a test drive! Couldn't be happier with my new car! Thanks Heyward Allen Toyota!
