This was mine and my husband's first time buying a car from a dealership, so we didn't know what to expect. Our salesman was Geary McWhorter, Jr. and he was awesome! He showed us different options with NO pressure to buy/lease. He was very patient with us and answered all of our (many)questions we had. He even had Lisa Edwards take us for the test drive as he finished paperwork from another sale(so we wouldn't have to wait). We are both very satisfied with the service we received from everyone!
Bought a used car from Phil and Tom. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We felt at ease from start to finish. Even employees that were not assisting us checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. I had an on line appointment for a test drive. The vehicle was parked in the shade by the showroom when I arrived, very clean and well serviced. I recommend the fine folks of Heyward Allen for your next vehicle purchase.
In my recent car search, I went to many dealerships in the Athens area as well as browsing the web every day. The nicest looking dealership with likewise personnel I found at Heyward Allen Toyota. They also had the best deal that I could find anywhere around. It is no wonder that I also witnessed that they had the most customer traffic flow than any dealership I went to. I would highly recommend them.
