I worked with Hannah. She was pushy and not very nice. I asked to work with someone else and still got stuck with her. This was my first car buying experience, I will never go here again.

Sales, service AND body shop EXCEPTIONAL! We purchased our 2013 Venza new from salesman SL Mitchell. Service advisors and technicians have been EXCEPTIONAL for 4 years now. We worked with Scott Barnett and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a vehicle. We spoke everyday for over a week straight and he never seemed annoyed to take me call or answer a text. We felt like we were his only customers. He didn't rush us and was helpful even though we test drove 5 different cars over two days. He was very helpful during the buying and paperwork process. excellent experience. we bought the car we wanted and we think we were able to obtain the best deal and price. we were treated fairly. this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from heyward allen and all transactions have been excellent. we will come back for future vehicle needs.
EDITED COMMENT: The Owner went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the Customer Service. I will be receiving a refund for the Gap and Warranty. NOW.... I am a very happy customer! They lied to me and then presented false documentation to back up their claim in order to sell me Gap insurance and extended platinum warranty. They told me my financing company required this in order to finance the car. So they made $3,325 additional from me. I thought I found the perfect car with perfect sales and financial guys.
