Very impressed with the efficiency of Heyward Allen’s oil change department!! Also I was having issues updating Entune and they updated Entune for free. Very impressive!!��
So I found this truck online and drove 6 hours just to find out it’s condition was less than acceptable, so very disappointed my wife and I started our journey back home. Rob and July were extremely polite and helpful as well as everyone else that I talked to. There was no pressure to make a purchase which was different from other dealerships I have been to. I would strongly suggest Heyward Allen to anyone looking for a vehicle. I am also very happy with the Highlander. So far there is nothing that I don't like about the SUV or the dealership.
Geary and July were AMAZING!!! Geary really worked with me and helped me through the car buying process and was very patient with me as this was my first real car buying experience. July was very helpful in the finance part and really made me feel better about everything. I will 100% be back and referring them to anyone who will listen!! I absolutely LOVE my 4Runner and am so glad I upgraded!
Service is always excellent at Hayward Allen Toyota. The weather was bad, traffic lined up to be serviced, and we still received fast courteous service. We were out of there in no time at all. Thank you Adam Pasdon for taking care of our car so quickly.

I went right in to dealership today they took care of my service within 20 to 30 minutes of waiting there. Maria is a wonderful person to deal with and look forward to doing business with her in the future again soon. Everyone at Toyota is so cordial and nice makes you feel welcome and come back again. A thankful customer over the years!
After looking for months, I found exactly what I wanted at Heyward Allen. Although I lived 3 hours away, Carlo and James made it an easy and pleasant experience for me. I can’t recall the Finance Manager’s name but he was great! I love my 2016 Honda Touring CRV and would highly recommend this dealership. Very professional, honest and helpful folks.
