Put my daughter's car in the body shop and the staff (Chuck Couch) was excellent in communicating with me and the insurance company. I never felt out of the loop or uniformed. When the car was deemed totaled we contacted Phil Cross in the sales department and he walked us through our options. My daughter is at UGA and I'm 250 miles away in Valdosta so it was many emails and phone calls and I don't see how the staff at Heyward Allen could have been any better to work with. My purchase was very pleasant. I came by a couple of months ago when I first started looking and met Nancy Griffin. She was helpful and knew that I was not going to purchase for a while. Still, she showed me all the vehicles that I wanted and allowed me to sit in them.. as that was a major issue for me with absolutely no pressure.
