I bought my first car from Heyward Allen Toyota a week ago and my experience was wonderful. Frank was my salesperson and I appreciate his honesty, knowledge and kindness. The negotiation process was a breeze and I couldn't believe it! Was able to get an amazing deal on a 2017 Camry SE. My parents had a great experience buying their RAV4 there 10 years ago and recommended it to me. My brothers are close to graduating college and I won't hesistate to recommend them and anyone else to the dealership! Keep up the amazing work!

I've been getting my car serviced here for the past 2 years and I've always walked away extremely pleased and feeling safe and taken care of. However, the other day I was in a minor fender bender and I took my car to the auto shop worried that I was about to pay out the end for some bizarre pieces. They were very courteous, answered my questions promptly, and once we had reached an agreement of sales price the sale was completed smoothly. I particularly liked the fact that I was dealing with fellow Christians that gave confidence in their honesty.
Got there at 8 a.m. for recall repair of the Takata airbag. Was out by 10:00 a.m. Great response by the service staff. Very friendly. Will not drive back to Stone Mountain Toyota. They will NOT return calls. I bought my car at Stone Mountain Toyota. Very unhappy and extremely dissatisfied with them.
After, a doctor visit, on the way home I noticed a Toyota dealership, my needed a car. When we entered, we were greeted by Maria Fennell At her desk my told her what she needed (used car), within minutes Maria had a list of cars that contained just what we wanted.
