I've been to Hayward Allen's so many times I've bought for vehicles from there recently bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla went and had oil changes and the customer service could not be any better they treat you like family not as a customer always so warm welcoming and somethings wrong with your vehicle they explained it to you where you know exactly what you're talking about none of this running around talk they go straight to the point are you them a thumbs up for customer service and maintenance can't get any better
Three weeks ago today I bought a 2017 Limited 4-Runner, dealing with Joe was amazing!!!! As a female I hate walking into a dealership. My experience was fabulous, I feel that I received a wonderful trade for my 2016 Mercedes GLE-350 and a killer deal on the 4-Runner
We currently own five toyota vehicles and have no complaints on any of them. We are a toyota family for life and Heyward Allen Toyota and SL Mitchell are my choice for buying a car. SL was always friendly and eager to meet our needs. He let us look at other cars even though we had already purchased what we wanted but were curious about others. He is not only who sold us our vehicles but is our friend for life. Thank you!

I visited Heyward Allen Toyota by chance after my 18 year old called me to tell me that she brought her Camry in for service; I didn't want her to do this alone. We decided to walk the lot and I soon found out that Toyota makes a hybrid crossover, which I've been interested in. Susan was extremely helpful and showed me one, of two hybrids in the lot, that had all the features I wanted. Long story short...I drove off the lot with my new RAV4 Hybrid!! The best car shopping experience of my life, thanks Heyward Allen Toyota!!
