We had all of the financing worked out, and then last minute they tried to add on $1,600 that they already promised to take off. GM also has an educator discount that I asked about and was told they couldn’t honor it. Joe in finance was extremely rude. I do not recommend this dealership, and will be purchasing our new Acadia elsewhere.
Heyward Allen GMC is a great place for service, especially when it came to routine maintenance and repairs I couldn't perform myself. Since I moved to Athens, I used this dealership for oil changes, a fuel pressure sensor replacement, and a park brake shoe replacement. If you have a GM product, I recommend this place. They will have you in and out.
This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. I don’t buy vehicles very much but I would recommend Hayward Allen 👍🏻
The service manager Brett Self and the team that helped me did an excellent job and were super friendly! I had my daughter with me and they were able to keep her happy while my truck was being serviced. Great job guys I will be back!

Product Specialist Ken Evans was awesome. He knew his product and I never felt pressured. I went to 2 GMC dealers near Atlanta before coming here and was treated like cattle. Here I was treated like family. Thank you for keeping the car buying experience fun. BTW they beat the large ATL dealers price by thousands.
