Great experience, much better than my dealership where I bought my truck. Came in from out of town and they made the effort to look at my paperwork for free service. Made room to get me in that afternoon and was back in the road in no time.
Best group of knowledgeable & accommodating folks I the business! Larry Paul is top notch! Friendly & more than capable to find what I wanted & made it happen! The other salesmen are great also. The receptionist Joy is fabulous! Friendly and gracious. Gary & Michael were extremely kind and helpful. The folks in service were wonderful in helping us get our first visit scheduled for oil changes. Great place to shop!
I went in on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm on the way to MS to get my oil changed and left at 5:30. I stood and watched the mechanic who was more interested in standing and talking with his buddies in the shop than he was getting me in and out. Mind you, we explained the regency of our situation when we arrived at the dealership.
