VERY dissatisfied!!! Absolutely DO NOT go here!!! Customer service was not a priority to ANYONE at this dealership or service department. As a mother of twins and a newborn I needed my Escalade suspension serviced and scheduled a WEEK in advance at 10 am (had to make arrangements for work, the children etc) to drop off my vehicle and have it inspected. Do not buy from this place. Signed papers on a car a early last 5 days after having car they call and tell Me I couldn’t have that car I had to have another cheaper and 3 years older. Like a very not smart person I done and regretted since.
