I went in on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm on the way to MS to get my oil changed and left at 5:30. I stood and watched the mechanic who was more interested in standing and talking with his buddies in the shop than he was getting me in and out. Brought my truck in for a recall appointment. Appointment went well until the end when I was leaving and walking to my truck and noticed a dent and scratch on the drivers side, rear door panel.
