They have a wonderful service department and very professional staff. We had just bought a 2018 Acadia in August and last night it wouldn’t start. I called Dalton our sales rep and on his way home he pulled over and called the service department to see how to help us. This morning he followed up to see how the car was and if we had brought in into the service department. They gave us a loaner and put us back on the road quick. Thanks Heyward Allen!!

Friendly and fast
I have carried my 2016 XTS in twice for service the first time only an oil change and regular service, quick and efficient, the second time oil change regular service, and to have my CUE touch screen replaced, it took a couple of trips for them to diagnosis, order and receive the part, during the wait I was given a car to do errands rather than just sitting several hours waiting, job completed as promised. Happy with the XTS and the service.
This was the 3rd time we have bought a car from Heyward Allen. Great service! I’ve known Ken Evans ALL of his life and highly recommend him. He’ll find you the car you want and make sure you’re happy!!
