when i started this journey i knew i wanted a truck. I was welcomed like family. I had Whitney as my main person I was dealing with. I gave her parameters that I wanted and she went over and above to find me the truck I wanted. It took about 2 weeks to get my money right and for her to find just the right one. My 2016 XTS started having issues. I took it to Hayward Allen service department. Brandy met me at the door with a smile I told her what was going on. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me that some of the XTS had this issues she knew immediately how to fix it went to the parts dept. ordered the part,and made my appointment to come back. I am fixed and back on the road

The customer service is nice and knowledgeable. The service department is helpful and listens to your issue and goes above to make things right. The salesman are terrific they go out of their way to help you get what you are looking for in a vehicle.
Started out with good experience purchased a GMC Acadia for my wife with full warranty package. On brake check visit only recommended next oil change might need brakes. Next oil change not just pads but rotors tires the whole nine yards I think I even paid for the shop rags. This weeks visit was for traction control coming on and off dropped off 9:00 AM no call or text, next day we called finally after 5 times was told it was taking time to find problem. Donald, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Although the part is $21, there’s more than just plugging it in and pulling a code. You do have to diagnose it, it is also a wiring issue so we had to find it and repair it, then replace the switch that was shorted. It takes time to find shorts and fix them. Nice staff. They we able to get me in last week. The scheduling site is nice. You can pick a time that suits you.
