I've been reaching out to hertz office since 03/22/2021 and this matter has not been resolved yet. I called service reps and told to wait 5-7 days before some reach out to me. I did and than I called them again and still no mgrs. or supervisor available . Talk to Charlie and was told by him that since the record is close they can not help me. My wife made a reservation under my name as the driver, but used her credit card. We both showed up at the vehicle checkout counter with IDs and credit cards together, but the staff refused to give us the car we prepaid for because my wife's name was in the payment method, but my name was the driver. Hertz at the Odessa Midland airport, are the worst ever, I reserved a full size car for 6 people and when I went to pick it up the very rude lady at the counter said here is your car a little SUV that only holds 4 and she said that's all there is, so I am stuck with this junk even though I paid in advance for a full size car, my vacation trip is ruined and cant even get ahold of a rep for some help, I will never ever use Hertz again, they are sneaky no good shysters, fuck Hertz right in the neck !!

I rented a car and was charged for a three day rental, even though it broke down on the second day of use and had to be towed. When I contacted customer service they said I should consider myself fortunate because the car was not returned by the tow truck company for five days, well past the terms of our agreement. Although I asked to speak with a supervisor repeatedly, I am told that they are always busy and that I will be called at a later date. It has been two weeks and I have yet to be called. Hertz added extra insurance on my rental without my permission then charged to my bank account and overdrawn it and will not fix it

They will keep charging your card months after you rent. Ruined our honeymoon and are still processing small amounts on our credit card 3 months later. I've contacted them several times and they give me the run around one even admitted I had signed or authorize them to and then she realized what she had said and hung up on me, I've never dealt with a more unprofessional rental company and I travel constantly.

I was ripped off by a HERTZ international location. When I returned I called Hertz and they said sorry about my luck. I asked to speak with a manager and the call was terminated. the original bill was $165 and i was billed $577. They claimed Sunday night to Tuesday night equals four days? The biggest issue is that customer service does not care! Never again!!

I have rented the car/Chevrolet spark in Kailua Kona on March 15th. Unfortunately, I had to rent it on the spot, because a person who I was to travel with had a positive covid test result 1 hour before the plane take off. So he could not come and had to cancel his reservation. I am from Poland, so my journey was 30 hours long, and I could not make reservations online, on my own.
