HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! – Worse night ever! Had reservations for 8:30PM, got there on time, clueless hostess could not even tell us when we can get seated; finally seated at 9:20PM. Best Vegetarian Dumplings! – The view is magnificent! The dumplings were so delicious...I can taste them now! The fried rice with plantanes and guacamole was really good too. The tofu salad is okay. The desserts are GIGANTIC! You can feed 8 people with those things...beware!
Worth all the $$$$ – Yes the place is pricey but as soon as you get your table on the patio and look out over the city you forget about price and you enjoy the experience. The thai beef salad was delicious, we ordered the duck and were brought the wrong plate by mistake, maybe my own mistake for mumbling. A pleasant Wednesday evening – I had made reservations for my birthday here almost 2 months ago, & when the night finally came, it was extremely packed due to a video game convention. What a night – Although its a little pricey, Asia de Cuba has the best food. The service was great and the setting was perfect. Great for a special occasion.
Still Dreaming of Lobster Mashed Potatoes! – I had dinner at Asia de Cuba over a year ago, and I still cannot stop dreaming about the delicious mouth-watering lobster mashed potatoes. Oh wow. One of the best in L.A. – my husband and i enjoy amazing restaurant experiences... it's one of our hobbies together. this one did NOT disappoint. it is on our top 10 best restaurants ever. the food is above exceptional, the wine fantastic, the service couldn't be more together and friendly, and the view is outstanding. i tell everyone who comes to visit that this is a must-do before leaving. it's pricey but well worth it!
Class without the attitude! – After having worked in the entertainment industry for 10 years (yes, movie studios..what else is there to do around here?)
