Bought two cars from here and I'm still waiting for them to install environmental package 6-months later! Customer service is not their strong suit but the deal was ok. ****update**** Kevin the GM at Owing Mills made everything right it's nice to see that they stand behind their products..
My salesman Tony Pearson was superb. He got me the best deal possible and was focused on me as the customer. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to see Tony and R & H.
They take great care of me and my Prius! I went in because my key fob wasn't always opening the doors. They didn't make me feel stupid when it worked in the droop off bay, just sent me to parts. The gentleman there gave me a tip (who knew the fob would start the car if you push the on button with it, even if the fob doesn't have power!), checked the battery, explained why it wasn't always working, and put in the new battery. Very kind.
I bought a car from R&H Toyota , my salesman was EVON GREEN he is AWESOME.... The whole office was truly nice to me , they catered to all my needs.. They get 5 stars.. Recently I took my car for services and the team there was also awesome ... I would refer anyone there
