I came in for 5000 mile service. They also said they would put the car through the car wash. I got in my car and it was not put in the car wash. I called to complain and the manager called me back and said car wash was down since the day before. So either their own staff didn't know it was down or they neglected to inform me as the customer. Lack of communication makes me not trust the dealer. How do I know they performed the other services? The manager told me I could come in another day to get a car wash.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Joey Cheng was our dealer and he was great! Being that its our first time leasing a car, he was so professional, accommodating, and explained all details to us. We feel we got the the best deal (i spoke to a few other dealerships and brokers- they said the kind of deal we were getting couldn't be possible).
