I wanted to get some very minor work done on my Scion- it took 3 phone calls of being transferred over & over to realize- I don't want them working on my vehicle!!
We were close to make a deal until some kind of manager came in( did not introduce himself) with attitude. He was just not a nice guy and did not know how to handle a potential customer. Too bad because our sales rep was a really nice lady. There is plenty of other dealerships that will gladly take my money and treat me with respect.
I contacted 5 dealers this morning. First to respond was R&H and they answered my initial questions by email. They gave me a good answer so I headed on down. Met Kevin M and he introduced me to the Salesman Josh Spencer, no pressure, knowledgeable and able to make my unique situation work. I left about an hour ago with my new RAV4. Over the years I have been to many car dealerships and this experience ranks right up there with the easiest and most enjoyable.
