I love it
Worst customer experience ever - have been going there for over 10 years with my 4runner and in the last year it has just gotten worse and worse. Today was the final icing - had a minor issue that would prevent my driving any distance and got no help, no options. Do not expect any loyalty to long time customers - they just lost this one.
Worst service I have ever gotten in any industry. Rude receptionist, won't return phone calls regarding repairs they've done when the problems are recurring. Slow service. Not helpful and not professional.
