I had a great experience here when I purchased my car a week ago. It was a great experience I would definitely come back
Great dealership... Unless you happen to have an issue with your vehicle then you're on your own. My sun visor snapped when I went to lower it and they said that because my specific VIN # wasn't 'affected by the recall' that I was on my own to pay for it. I guess by that they mean my vehicle wasn't listed. Clearly they didn't mean my visor didn't break randomly - they just meant I'm on my own! And the grand total with tax.... $137! If this isn't the definition of customer service, I'm not sure what is.
We bought our first minivan Sienna in here and we got a great deal and got everything we want it on it, The people were very fair and helpful, also it was not our first Toyota to visit, so we had a chance to compare it with other ones and this one was the best by far, 5 stars, they had the best prices and the people. We will highly recommend it and will use them in the future for sure.
Derek Booth took very good care of us. He was so friendly, and pleasant to work with. He definitely went above and beyond for myself and my family. I most definitely will recommend Derek and this dealership to everyone I know!!!!!
