Alphonse always takes good care of my car and myself. Always a pleasure.
Called to get 4 recall repairs done. Before they would let me schedule an appointment he said he'd have to check to see if the parts were in stock. He came back on the line and asked if tomorrow worked for me. I said yes. When I went to pick up my car, 3 out of 4 repairs were made. They didn't have the parts for the 4th repair. Hadn't they verified they did prior to scheduling me? At least they claimed to. A little disappointed to have to go back next week for the final repair.
