I had a terrible experience with this location with my car when I took it in for service. I drop off my car and the service tech suppose call me back by 12:30 pm. I called multiple times until 2.30 before i was able to speak to the service tech yet, he was very very rude on the phone. I cannot even believe how rude this guy was.
