Great deals. Great experience. What else could I ask from a car dealership besides getting the dream car I've always wanted with no stress at all? I'd like to thank Aaron, Carlos and Evon for providing me with such a delightful experience, and I guarantee you will receive the same when you come here to buy that toyota you've always wanted.
They do not care about your wait time......It used to be a great service department........too bad
I want to show my thanks & appreciation to Evon Greene, my salesman & Erika Hodge for working hard & being ever so patient with me while making my decision in purchasing my favorite brand Lexus SUV. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. A very seamless experience and walked out very satisfied customers!
Just want to appreciate Evon Greene and Stephanie Thornton. These two have them our experience really stress-free. They’re simply the best. The GM Aaron is equally nice as well. If you are looking to buy a car/truck, do not go anywhere else. Go to Heritage Toyota at Owings Mills and ask for Evon and Stephanie. Tell them I sent you.
