I had my car serviced at Heritage Toyota on 9.30.20. The service advisor was Alphonse Warner. He was the absolute WORST advisor I have EVER encountered in life!! I had an oil change scheduled at 2:20p. Arrived at approximately 2:15p. I was never greeted in the drive up. I had to interrupt 4 gentlemen having private conversations to be helped. We went to 3 different dealers around here to find the best deal for our new Toyota Rav4. Till we found here. Aaron, the general manager was super nice. He took very good care of us. I had been trying to trade my suv in for over a month. Went to several different dealerships only to be told that I owed to much on it and the bank wouldn’t finance me.
