Toyota Heritage was AMAZING !!! They basically did the impossible. They helped me get my first car (luxury car at that), the Acura TLX !! They were able to work with me being a new buyer and someone who’s credit history is not the strongest !! They made it happen. Amazing people at this establishment. Very professional as well. Yesterday, I was quoted and agreed to a price before work on my car began, but after the work was completed, was told I in fact owed more because they were mistaken in their quote. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable with the new price, especially because I wasn't consulted before the work was done, I was essentially told too bad- the work was already performed. I do not recommend this dealership. My boyfriend and I have recently purchased a car in FULL between the two of us. We each wrote a check, (1) $2000, (1) $7000+ checks. The checks were taken out of our accounts a few days after our purchase at the beginning of June... Last week we looked at our accounts before a weekend get away with family and they had taken an additional $2000 from me and $7000+ from him! Excellent & pleasant experience We purchased a very nice Toyota Camry at Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills. We were very pleased and satisfied with our salesperson Stephanie Shi.
