I am here now for routine maintenance. my appointment was for 12:00 PM. I was told all I need is a tire rotation. At 1:30 I asked about my vehicle. I was told it should be 30 minutes more they just put it on the left. I go back to the desk at 2:15. The young lady sees my car on the lift, but no technician to ask if it is ready or not. I have been to other locations and I was always given updates about my vehicle from a service advisor. I will not return and advise others not to waste your time either. Had a new water pump installed today and the Service Manager stated that any antifreeze that spilled over the engine would be cleaned. I looked and it wasn’t. Also I had my tires rotated and told there were no issues when in fact there was a nail in my tire that wasn’t detected until after I pulled out of the dealership. Will not buy another car there again!!!

RecommendedMy experience was awesome with the help of Breanna I was late for my appointment, I called and reach out to her and stated to her I was late and she advised me not a problem and when I finally got to the service area she welcomed me with a big smile and an good attitude. Service time was a little long but she did her best to accommodate me with a ride home.Thanks for providing great service. I will definitely be scheduling my future service Happy customer 😃
