Today I got a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD Sport because of the excellent salesmanship and customer service from Mr Tyler Day. I started my search through True Car and that led Tyler to proactively contacting me. I explained to him what I wanted, and he went out of his way to search for 6 days until he located my vehicle at a dealership in VA. He drove 4 hours each way to pick it up bring it back to Maryland. I had an oil change on my 2017 Sienna and the skid plate was left hanging under my vehicle which is terrible, waiting time was over 3 hours was horrible, the price they coded me for new 4 side brakes and re surfacing the rooters was over $700.00 which i got replaced with warranty with new rooters for $500.00 Terrible experience, will never go back,,,, BE CAREFUL,,,,,,,,
My experience with their Service Department has always been great. I never have to worry about quality because i know i'm getting it from them. Robin Yokum particularly has been very helpful with my car whenever i need something looked at or fixed. She makes sure i know exactly what the problem is, how to fix it, and how to keep it in good shape. Would recommend to anyone who wants a their vehicle worked on my knowledgable people who are very good at what they do, while being treated with care and respect

I recently made an appointment for service on my Tundra. When I arrived, I was asked what I needed done on the Tundra. I explained what I needed and that this was detailed in the service appointment request. To make matters worse, I was told that they did not have the part and it would need to be ordered. Today, I received and email saying that I missed my appointment and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Also today, I received a text message saying that the service on my Tundra was complete.
