Disappointed. Sales staff carry an unprofessional attitude.
They've got nice people and a well running operation but mannnn they'll go all kinds of extra miles to rip you off!! Such a nightmare.

We bought a RAV4 about 3 weeks ago. Cory Snyder, and Tori Robinson went above and beyond to make our car buying experience wonderful. We will never buy a car anywhere else, and make sure we send our friends and family.
A couple of years ago I made the mistake of purchasing the extended service on our Toyota minivan. Heritage Toyota Catonsville has never let us down in showing me the error in my ways. Usually they do so by taking 3-4 hours to change the oil. This morning they made it special. Scheduled an appointment online for service at 7:10 am. Haven't started because the technician don't get to work until 8 00 am. Fuck you Heritage Toyota. Fuck you.
My husband and I are six time owners of Toyotas from Heritage. We deal only with Dave Day and have a seamless experience every time. In at 9:00am then on to a test drive. Shortly after... Down to numbers and then off to finish up with Renee in finance. That proved to be another seamless procedure. Renee is just wonderful keeping us on track, informed and out in a timely manner. These two employees make a great team. We'll be back for # 7!
