Would like to thank Matt Kafka and the rest of the staff at Heritage Toyota of Catonsville. They did an excellent job getting me into a new vehicle. I started providing my wants and information to Mr. Kafka and two days later I was driving off in a brand new Corolla. His response and assessment to my needs were unbelievable. Worst customer service I have ever experienced was today dropping my car off. Would love to speak to the GM about the poor service I have had now 2 times in 1 year at this location. Needless to say I will be thinking twice before purchasing another Prius at this location. Russell Toyota never had this bad of customer service when they ran it. #herritagetoyota
Ron truly went out of his way to make me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Big thanks to the Heritage team for picking up my vehicle from my workplace and getting it back to me at the end of the day. A completely stress-free experience. I had a full detail and the car looks amazing.
It has been my experience that the customer service overall needs improvement. Providing good customer service is paramount these days. There were three other workers that did extend a helping hand and provide that "Customer Service", that Toyota is known for. This is something that appears to be slipping away at this location. Dropped of car for service at 9:30 still here an hour later waiting for transportation to get home. They say they only have one driver. Was here before to get my left air bag replaced and they replaced the right one instead and it didn't fit. Not happy with service. May have to try a new location. Service here is not the same. Truly disappointed
