The lady that helped me was excellent. She did not make me feel bad when my card was declined. She offered other solutions. She also suggested the shuttle. Very sweet person.
My agent was Derek Hawkins, I usually have a good experience with toyota agents, but Derek was outstanding, I was waiting after a customer that was giving Derek a hard time, but Derek did not give up he gave the customer a great solution, even after the customer complained for 20 min. As I approached Derek he gave a warm smile, and handled me with extra friendliness. That is what we customers need at a business thank you Derek
