They made a mistake with my VIN numbers when purchasing my car. Now that I need work done, it isnt updated in their computer and trying to get a response from anyone or action being taken I am still waiting. I have always been satisfied in the past, now not so much.
Went here this evening. No one acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes but walked past us. Gave us the feeling they could care less if we bought a vehicle. #poorcustomerservice #willspendmymoneyelsewhere
RecommendedRobin was very good to work with in the Service Department. She is kind and very considerate of the customer. She definitely goes the extra mile for the customer.
I went there to get an oil change but turns out I didn't need one. Alexandra Sanderso helped me figure out that I don't need and oil change but my tires rotated. I had a couple of questions to ask and she was more than happy to help me. Overall she is a very nice person and takes the time to talk to each customer with respect.
