If I could leave zero stars for the Medical Records department I would. It has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls, so I drove to the address listed to mail requests to in order to minimize 3 days of mail time: 222 22nd Ave. North, Ste. 100. Guess what? I was told this isn't the office of medical records just the mailing address. So WHO receives the mail? It's been 11 days and not one phone call returned and my insurance ends tomorrow.
