Dr Demirjian seems nice but it's a little ridiculous when you call for a hospital follow up for someone who just got out of the hospital and you tell them something is wrong and he's not acting right and they want to make the appointment for a week from now because they like to wait 7-10 days...what the what. Good job, impressive. I'll just tell him he has to do better until next week. Thank you

Was a patient post brain surgery . The doctor was abrupt and it was clear that I was just another number to get in and out of the building. After recovery, I attempted to make a payment arrangement and my bill was sent to collections. On top of that, they have a "policy" to not accept letters of goodwill to help your credit in the case of massive life altering medical issues, even if you pay your bills. Extremely rude staff. Dr Wright in gastroenterology is incompetent and will ignore your calls if you disagree on his terrible treatment plans. Will do procedures he does not know how to do and they will have to be repeated frequently with same failed results. Then he'll drop you as a client with no referral. Saint Thomas Medical Partners has been so much better than this place.
Will never see dr. Fassler again. She is the most disrespectful doctor I have ever been to. During our appointment with my husband, who has 4 strokes, she decided to ask when I planned on paying my bill, and went on and on the entire appointment was about the bill. When I had every intention of paying the bill once I could call the main office. I called and told them what happened and then today receive a certified letter saying she can no longer serve my husband as a patient. Disrespectful and disgusting. I paid 550 dollars... read more

I have worked in healthcare for 20 years and 16 as a provider. I see Dr. Mertens and he seems to be a pretty good doctor. However, the office staff is difficult to deal with. Phone calls are not returned. The staff is argumentative, communication is poor, staff not very knowledgeable. I will be looking elsewhere and I surely won't recommend anymore friends, family or patients.
