I showed up to my seven month old's allergy appointment two days early! They worked me in, and I was still in and out within an hour and half. Great staff! Great doctors! Great care! Thank you, Heritage Medical Associates!

Dr. Carla Lee (dermatologist) is wonderful. She makes a less than comfortable experience easy. Her staff is always friendly and professional and I rarely wait past my appointed time to be seen. I have been a patient for several years and have never had an issue.
This was my first time going and meeting Dr Snow. Him and ALL his stuff was so nice while helping me.
I scheduled an appointment with my obgyn over a month ago, and today (less than a week from my appointment) I get a phone call that my obgyn can't see me because my surgery was done at Vandy (high risk). Why was I not told this at the time when I made the appointment?? Or call me a week after... Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get an appointment at Vandy, and my surgery was done more than 6 weeks ago. Your lack of care is unbelievable!!! Dr. Bailes is the best!! Very easy to get an appointment for my children. Everyone is really nice and caring!
Dr Jennifer Carmen and Dr Michael Olive are excellent as PC physicians. Highly recommend both of them.
