I went to Dr. Payne many years ago, but it was hard to get appointments with her and get into see her when I was really sick. I suffer from allergies and asthma. Anytime I had an asthma attack, I had to go to urgent care or a doctor I once saw in college. I eventually made him my Primary Care in 2012 or 2013 but now he has retired. Called to schedule an appointment. Gave me a response about all of this red tape I need to do before they'll see me, none of which is relevant to me and impossible for me to fulfill.

My daughter had surgery with Dr. Huber. She was only a year old and couldn't eat beforehand, so it would have been nice for him to show up on time, but of course he was late (like over 20 minutes late) for it. A nurse gave her medication she wasn't supposed to have and then tried to lie about it and say she didn't get any. Then, today, we went for her follow up appointment, only to arrive at a closed office and a note on the door saying they closed early for Thanksgiving with no notice to us.
