RecommendedI have been going to Heritage Medical Associates to Dr Victor Byrd for several years. The reason I make the long drive from my home to Nashville is because of they way I am treated. His staff along with his staff and even the lab workers on the 3rd floor are so professional and very nice.

Dr Bailes is wonderful - she treats several kiddos with "something extra" and my typical 11yo loves her too. Dr Bailes always spends plenty of time with us and is prepared with history, ideas etc.

Dr Christian Rhea dismissed my diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis 3 years ago and I've been to 2 others who did the same , my back has now grown together and this will continue. There is no cure for this disease. If he had not profiled me as a patient and looked further into my diagnosis my back would not be fused and he could have started me on a biologic.
